Question 1

What finance work can Platinum Diamond support?

Accepted Answer

Depending on the engagement, support can include bookkeeping across accounts payable and receivable, invoice workflows, vendor and payment coordination, collections monitoring, reconciliations, payroll support, month-end close, reporting, cash-flow analysis, and controller services. The services page describes the work in more detail.

Question 2

What do the monthly packages cost, and how do they differ?

Accepted Answer

Published monthly prices are $1,500 for Diamond Essentials, $3,000 for Diamond Growth, and $5,500+/month for Platinum Controller. Essentials covers bookkeeping, AP and AR coordination, reconciliations, close, and monthly reporting. Growth adds payroll support, budget-to-actual visibility, cash-flow forecasting and analysis. Platinum Controller adds controller-level review, controls, policies, procedures, and leadership support. The published prices and inclusions are on the pricing page; the agreed scope is tailored to your systems and operating cadence.

Question 3

Can I get help with a defined project instead of monthly support?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The separate one-time services page describes focused projects such as accounting cleanup, finance-department setup, system conversion, budget development, and documenting policies and procedures. It does not publish project prices, so scope and pricing are discussed for the specific work.

Question 4

What is FinanceOS?

Accepted Answer

FinanceOS is the repeatable system behind Platinum Diamond’s bookkeeping and finance operations work. Its seven stages are Capture, Control, Reconcile, Close, Report, Analyze, and Advise. Each stage has a visible handoff and output to help the team see what needs attention next. Read the FinanceOS overview for the stages and deliverables.

Question 5

What does cash-flow reporting cover?

Accepted Answer

Cash-flow support can include short-term forecast analysis, visibility into expected inflows and outflows, planning scenarios, and practical decision support. The services page explains how cash-flow work fits with the broader finance operations scope.

Question 6

What should we expect during onboarding?

Accepted Answer

The onboarding sequence and timing are confirmed for the engagement. A proposed starting point is to review your current books, systems, open items, and reporting needs, then agree on scope, access, responsibilities, and a monthly cadence before ongoing work begins. Use the consultation page to share your priorities.

Question 7

What happens during a consultation?

Accepted Answer

No pitch deck is required. The consultation form asks for your name, company, revenue range, industry, finance needs, and contact details. You can describe what is working, what feels heavy or unclear, and what decisions you want finance support with. After you submit the form, Platinum Diamond will review your notes and follow up with a next step.

Question 8

What kinds of businesses are these services designed for?

Accepted Answer

Platinum Diamond works with small and midsized U.S. businesses that need bookkeeping and finance operations support without building an in-house finance team. Industry examples on the site include professional services, construction and trades, nonprofits, government contractors, and healthcare organizations; see who it’s for.
